Refund policy

In-store: exchange or store credit of product within 14 days of original purchase.

Online Orders for in-store pickup:

14 days from date of purchase for a refund, store credit, or exchange (regular priced items only) 

All sale and promotional items are considered *FINAL SALE* and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

No exceptions will be made to the above terms.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale products and orders using promotional discount codes are final sale and are not subject to returns or refunds.

No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items for discount code price.

  • Promotional items using discount codes: ie: DEAL15
  • Any items marked as Final Sale or Discounted merchandise
  • Social Media offers
  • Promotional giveaways
  • Earrings & hats
  • Black Friday sale items
  • Boxing Day sale items
  • Annual clearance sale items

Reasons we may refuse the exchange include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. stains, pulls), body odour/perfume used, it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair on the garment.

If your online return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge.

Orders can be returned in person at the St. Mary's location, or can be mailed back to using the below instructions: 

    1. Email info@musthavepockets.ca with a note stating your order number and reason for return. 
    2. Please include the original packing slip making sure you have completed the returns portion on the bottom of the page.
    3. Use a known carrier such as UPS, Canada Post or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. Address parcel to:

All garments will be carefully reviewed upon receipt and a refund will be confirmed via email.
Funds will be returned to the original method of payment in 7-14 business days or more depending on your financial institutions after the refund has been confirmed. If after the 7-14 business days you do not see your refund, please feel free to call the store.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be excluded from your return amount*

Received a damaged item

Must Have Pockets thoroughly inspects all garments before shipping, however, if we have missed a defect we apologize for the inconvenience, mistakes happen.
