Covid was tough and I was working from home like so many of us, and when it was time to go back to the office, I felt like I had nothing to wear. When I did go shopping, I felt discouraged by going in to stores that weren’t really curated for me and my size. My body had changed during Covid, weight gain like everyone else, but since I had started perimenopause, where I was carrying my weight shifted too. I felt frustrated and unattractive.

I come from years of experience in retail and buying and had always wanted to own my own store, so why not open a store that caters to women like me…because I know I wasn’t alone in how I was feeling.
