Waistcoats (as the Europeans call them) are all the rage right now. We Canadians call them vests. The reason I think that they are so popular is because of the layered looks you can do with them. Wear it alone for a sassy spring/summer look. Wear it layered over a tee in the fall. Or for the classic look, wear it under a blazer and over a collared shirt. Vests are so versatile!
